    I've never had them either. The only trim tabs I had was to tell people to move to one side or another. Sorry, but unfortunately somebody has to sit on the wet side of the boat!

    Assume you are trimming the motor up at speed to get the nose out of the water and increase speed? Also what were conditions, flat calm, some wind\chop etc?

    Clean bottom, propped and trimmed right, low 40's is what I've experienced with my 150 yamaha 2 stroke.

    Try editing software that will let you rotate 90 degrees. MS paint maybe? IDK, when that happens to me I keep rotating and saving until I see the result on want.

    Phat, yes absolutely and many do both at the same time. I'm looking to keep it more simple and also the fact that I don't need to fish very deep in this lake. Planning on a 5 rod spread. On the business end will be an alabama rig with five 3/8oz bucktails with 7" curly tail worms.
