Floor is solid. should have a clean seam when I'm done.
Fuel line chase tube installed by Wellcraft the wood was exposed on top.
Got the rot out gonna use the old glass as a form for the seacast.

Gonna need new rod holders
stringers and ribs getting the old wood out. Shop Vac trick works great.Used sawsall to cut the tops off. Gonna replace with Seacast all around.
Floor folded up for stringer repair. Full transom, You can see where the old SeaDrive was.
