After cutting half the deck out I see there is a inner cap under the deck.
Voted best upgrade of 2007! A 1994 Johnson 150 Looper. Much nicer and more fuel efficient than the 235 I had previously.

Outriggers bases cut through the top
I used standard Bimini top hardware to make most of the connections!
Bracing I came up with so the outriggers don't take down the console
