Name 1 thing crooked Stupid dealing Joe has done, just one thing

And do you honestly believe that, even stretching the actual infrastructure contained in the bill to 24%, that makes it a good thing? Sold vigorously as an infrastructure bill, being only 75% a lie, makes it truth and fact?

No scook - that was all it took to prove destroyers comment wrong as usual.
Heres whats in the bill and its very good ok so maybe calm down with the tricky comments

Take your pick

Ok, so I looked at your links (the same ones you provided earlier) and it still doesn't add up to 1.75 Trillion dollars. So where is the rest of the money being spent? Stop dodging the question.

And exactly where did you prove my comment wrong? You mean where you cherrypicked one sentence from an entire paragraph without adding in the Fact that they are calling things that have never been called "infrastructure" before into the bill so it looks better? But even that still only accounts for only 24% of the money. I'll stand by my original comment that only about 7% of the bill is going to traditional infrastructure items.

The rest of the moneys being spent to automatically delete all your personal insults, cursing, and vulgarity from web sites across our nation. That alone will cost billions due to the volume of your nonsense .

WOW ... Talk about childish nonsense, that one takes the cake. You hurl personal insults at people in almost ever post you make and then you have the nerve, the audacity to accuse others. You're :cen: amazing.

Now, how about trying to act like an adult instead of a coward hiding behind personal insults and actually answer the question posed to you. Where is the rest of the money going? Or don't you know?

This thread was a request to name “ ONE “ good thing Bidens done.
I named two, accurately . All good till destroyer got involved.

bgreene - your response to my post was snarky, disrespectful and condescending - there nothing in my post that’s the least bit tricky and I certainly don’t need you telling me to calm down. I calmly pointed out that when a bill is sold as infrastructure and 76% of it’s not infrastructure, it’s dishonest.

Whether or not everything in the bill is good, which I don’t agree with, that doesn’t mean we can afford to pay for it.

Well I disagree with everything you wrote here including the percentage of the infrastructure bill. Even broadband extension for more complete coverage is infrastructure .

Really? Says who? Who says it's infrastructure except the Democrats that put it into the bill to pay off some of their donors with pork bills. Can I drive on it? Can I use it to cross over a river? Can I ride on it? Who exactly suddenly said that internet was infrastructure? Do the people that will it benefit from it have TV? Do they have a phone? Do they have radio? Why do they suddenly need internet that we have to pay for and that the profits will benefit the Cable companies that will be selling them the service?

Destroyer pretending ignorance

You disagree that your response was disrespectful and condescending? You should probably read it again.

The infrastructure percentage I used is your number that you used to “prove Destroyer wrong”, which it seems is more important to you than actually discussing issues sensibly. And of course you didn’t prove him wrong.

Everything we have here is infrastructure of a sort. The fact that I can buy just about anything I need for a project shows that we have an amazing infrastructure. The infrastructure that the government is responsible for is a very small segment of all infrastructure. Where that line is drawn is a source of very significant disagreement between the left and the right - disagreeing with you about where the line is is not sneaky, tricky or ignorant. In the case of the infrastructure bill, it’s an issue if fiscal responsibility.

The most egregious claim in the link you posted is that the bill is partly “paid for” by redirecting Covid relief and other funds - none of those things are paid for whether they’re redirected or not.

I agree that most all in the approved Bill is indeed infrastructure of a sort - yes and much needed to keep our country great.
I also apologize if I offended you with any of my comments

Totally agree Scook.
Oh, and as a FYI to anyone that doesn't know, Biden has signed a bill to release/sell 50 million barrels of oil from our strategic reserve to help reduce the cost of gas and oil. But what most people don't know is that 18 million barrels of that oil was already earmarked to be sold to help pay for the "Infrastructure" pork bill they just enacted. So really it's only 32 million barrels additional. (Oh, and that amount of oil is only a 2 1/2 days supply for the US) It's all smoke and mirrors that will do nothing to lower the cost of oil or gas, but it will help them pay for some more of the pork in the Infrastructure bill.
