Thisa is what it has for trim tabs, I have never seen these before

I have these on my flats boat, but broke one this week...they are not suited for using as a step! So, I am looking for a used one or set to replace the broken one. They work great on my 19' shallow water skiff, but the lack of easy adjustment might make them less than perfect for other boat models.
