here's the boat after some major work. got rid of the OMC sea drive and added A bracket from "stainless marine" with a new yamaha 200 hp

The bracket and new yamaha weighs almost 200 lbs less than the old OMC sea drive...my boat now sits higher out of water and no longer squats at the transom

I put less than ten hours on the engine. Will come up with more detailed photos of how the conversion was done...thanks fugazi! -- murph
