  The bracket and new yamaha weighs almost 200 lbs less than the old OMC sea drive...my boat now sits higher out of water and no longer squats at the transom   I put less than ten hours on the engine. Will come up with more detailed photos of how the conversion was done...thanks fugazi! -- murph
