  all done in place with a nice snug fit by adding a couple of pieces of duct tape to the inner 2x4 pieces. Also the tape stops the wood from scratching the gunnel.   End view of the schmoo board and it fits real nicely without any hardware or screws. Works great too!   Bringing in the V-20 after a day of fishing
