  Cheap plastic rod holders came with the boat. Switched to a 30 degree stainless holder from Lee's... had to jigsaw out a hole for the bottom end of the holder to poke out underneath.   Bottom of the stainless holder peaking out from under the gunnel. A hole was jigsawed out for drainage.   In the corner I used a pompanette closed ended stainless holder. The closed ended holders have a small drain fitting at the bottom. I ran a length of plastic refrigeration/air conditioner tubing from the end of this to the covering board for proper drainage.
