  This was what it looked like before I bought it. They did'nt know if the engine worked but they said the hull was good, boy were they wrong.   checking out the transom but it turned into a can of worms. I couldn't belive that all of the plywood in the boat was just 4"x4" squares glassed together even the transom was peiced together. They must of had a deal with a wood scrap yard.   I started by cutting a 2 foot section from the back and saw the stringers were gone so I kept working forward until I got to solid wood.
